The fine print
Retainers run month to month — no minimum commitment, cancel any time. Unused hours don’t roll over. Hours beyond your monthly block are billed at the $100 hourly rate in 30-minute increments. Rate increases annually. Current pricing reflects 25+ years of experience building and maintaining websites without the additional agency expenses.

Support and maintenance are billed separately from the original project, the same way they would be for any other hire. This keeps things sustainable for me so I can keep being available when you need me.
